Drainage & Final Grading
Whatever project you have, we want to ensure water is diverted away from structural sites on your property and flows to an outlet system. Proper final grading and drainage systems help prevent long-term water damage, foundation issues, and soil erosion around your property.
Road Design, Traffic & Drainage
Residential road designs must be flexible enough to accommodate the particular needs and geography of your development. The two most important items we consider when creating roads are traffic and drainage.
If either one is not adequately accounted for in the design phase, the pavement structure can be over-designed and waste money, or under-designed and result in premature maintenance. Roadwork also needs to be planned around construction traffic, since damage is often caused by overloaded construction vehicles.
We work closely with the general contractor to reduce rework and keep time and budget constraints in mind. We carefully account for factors such as traffic, subgrade thickness, surface and subsurface drainage, topography, soil and aggregate types, grading, compaction, curbs, and gutters.

When sensors or other components fail, operators still need the skill set to read wooden stakes, manually grade, and check elevations. Triple R Dirt Works employs operators with hands-on experience and offers continuing education in new technology so analog and digital methods work together to decrease the margin of error on your project.
